Craft Beer

Ramblin' Man Porter

Barrel 41 started off with a handful of rambling men rolling down highway 41....and back to their hometown to start a brewery. Though none of us were born in the back of a greyhound bus, we still love the song, and this beer.

Trail Blazer Brown Ale

Nobody brews a brown ale anymore! We thought we’d sneak one into our schedule for all those American Brown Ale fans out there to enjoy. Brewed with heirloom British base malt and a small assortment of dark and roasted malts, this beer is complex, toasty, malty, and smooth all at the same time. Blaze your Trail!

Fruit Force IPA

An American-sytle Hazy Imperial IPA with a fruit punch twist.

Spotted Cow

The pioneer spirit is continued with this Wisconsin farmhouse ale. Brewed with the finest American Malts and expect this tap to be fun, fruity and satisfying.

1554 Black Lager

1554 defies the style guidelines of modern beer. Although dark in color, 1554 is not a porter, stout, schwarzbier or bock. Rather, it is a rebirth of a lost beer style called zwert (Flemish for black), which uses gruit for bittering. First released in 1998, our whimsical improvisation includes a variety of specialty dark malts, a dash of licorice root, and a European lager yeast that’s fermented at ale temperatures.
